Author Guidelines
GENERAL
Articles submitted as scholarly works, including research articles, judicial decisions, theoretical studies, literature reviews, or critical conceptual analyses, must be objective, systematic, analytical, and descriptive. Among the broad range of topics that researchers may address, Judicia Suprema gives particular attention to articles focusing on case law, judicial decision-making, procedural justice, judicial governance, court administration, and judicial reform. The Journal aims to contribute to the development of legal knowledge, the strengthening of justice systems, and the advancement of the rule of law. In line with the transformation undertaken by the Journal, its scope and article selection primarily emphasize a normative juridical approach and analysis of relevant regulations, while the number of articles accepted for publication is limited.
- The article must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication in another journal.
- The article must be written in clear and proper English. Authors may use either British English or American English, provided that the chosen spelling convention is applied consistently throughout the manuscript.
- Articles must be prepared and submitted in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect format. The manuscript must use Book Antiqua, 12 pt, with single line spacing and justified alignment, including the table of contents and footnotes. The paper size must be A4, with margins of 3 cm on the top and left sides and 2 cm on the right and bottom sides.
- The manuscript should contain approximately 6,000–12,000 words, including tables, figures, references, notes, the abstract, and the title.
- References must follow the APA Style, 7th edition.
