ABOUT THE JOURNAL

JUDICIA SUPREMA is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia. It serves as a forum for the dissemination of high-quality research and scholarly discussion on case law, judicial decision-making, procedural justice, judicial governance, court administration, and judicial reform. The Journal aims to contribute to the development of legal knowledge, the strengthening of justice systems, and the advancement of the rule of law.
